Our story

Make IT Happen started with a frustration every IT leader will recognise: big programmes staffed by junior consultants, decisions made from templates, and estates migrated wholesale because nobody took the time to understand them. We decided to do the opposite.
We brought together thought leaders, subject-matter experts and specialists who have spent their careers at the sharp end of large, complex IT estates, and gave them the time, the method and the tooling to work from evidence. Then we wrote the method down, named it DooR, and made it the first step of every engagement: define the outcomes, then deliver them.
Today we're a recognised partner of Microsoft, AWS and Google Cloud, delivering across end-user compute, infrastructure, migration and managed services. The mission hasn't changed since day one: engage, advise and empower our customers through bespoke technical expertise, applied to your objectives, not ours.
