Modern Slavery Statement
Make IT Happen Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chain.
Our business
We are a UK IT consultancy providing assessment, migration, optimisation and managed services to enterprise clients, delivered by a small team of directly engaged senior specialists. We are headquartered in Fleet, Hampshire, and operate primarily in the United Kingdom.
Our position
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in any form. Although our size means we are below the statutory reporting threshold of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we publish this statement voluntarily because the commitment matters regardless of headcount.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain is short and low-risk: primarily software licensing, cloud services and professional services from established UK and international providers. We expect every supplier to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to hold their own supply chains to the same standard.
Our people
All of our people are engaged directly, with right-to-work checks completed and terms that meet or exceed UK employment law. Recruitment is carried out directly or through reputable UK agencies.
Raising concerns
Anyone with a concern about modern slavery connected to our business or supply chain can raise it (confidentially) at lets@make-ithappen.co.uk. Every concern raised will be investigated.
